ROLLER HEARTH FURNACE FOR HIGH TEMPERATURE SINTERING AND SINTER HARDENING

The RIEDHAMMER Roller Hearth Furnace features all current processes from standard sintering at 1120 °C to high temperature sintering including fast cooling for sinter hardening.

Due to the outstandingly precise atmosphere control and high atmosphere stability this furnace also allows to sinter Mo-Cr-Si-Ni alloyed steel powders. By design the furnace combines high throughput rate (up to 450 kg/h) and low maintenance cost due to the use of ceramic rollers and an extremely efficient binder burn-off system that minimises cleaning stops.
